EXCHANGES DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
- If the product you have received has a defect, please send us a photo of that product indicating the defect to "firstname.lastname@example.org" and we will send you a new one immediately to replace it, WITHOUT ANY COST TO THE CUSTOMER.
CHANGE OF SIZE:
-The process of changing the size of one or several products is as follows:
1º You will need to send an email to email@example.com with the model name and correct size you need and we will verify if we have it in stock. You will then have to send the merchandise to: (SHIPPING PAID BY THE CUSTOMER).
2º Once we receive the product and check that everything is correct, we will send the model with the correct size (SHIPPING FREE FOR THE CUSTOMER).

-For merchandise returns that do not have defects or are not a change of size the cost of shipping the product to Ho Soccer will be paid by the customer.
